Hugo Rodríguez-Reséndiz

Hugo Rodríguez-Reséndiz was born in Querétaro, Mexico. He holds studies in humanities with a focus on education, philosophy of science, ethics, bioethics, and language. He has collaborated on projects in innovation, technological development, technology transfer, and knowledge management. His experience includes involvement in the implementation and evaluation of productive and educational projects, working with Civil Society Organizations on community development projects, consulting for municipal, state, and federal governments in Mexico, and holding managerial positions in both the productive sector and educational institutions.
He has received training from various institutions in Mexico, Spain, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, among others.
His current research focuses on Ethics of Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Technology Transfer, Ethics of Scientific Research, Scientific Diplomacy, Collaborative Education, and Science Measurement. He has actively participated as a speaker and organizer in national and international forums of experts.
Hugo has contributed to projects involving university talent development and knowledge management in collaboration with companies such as Continental, Brose, Mabe, Toyota, Microsoft, IBM, Huawei, Ericsson, Mars, FESE-ANUIES, SEP, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Mexican-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CAMEXA), UNESCO, among others. These projects cover topics like Dual Education, knowledge transfer, digital accreditations, connection, and curriculum relevance.
He has served as an expert in the creation of national and international regulatory frameworks for technology, particularly in the ethics of Artificial Intelligence.
At the Autonomous University of Querétaro, he served as the Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Research Ethics, is a professor-researcher in the Faculty of Engineering, and serves as the Coordinator of Collaborative Education. He has been distinguished for his participatory role in Ethics Committees at national and international institutions and has been invited as a speaker and consultant by both public and private institutions, addressing topics such as Knowledge Management, Artificial Intelligence, Collaborative Education, and Ethics. He is a national and international lecturer.
